Our university is hosting an important conference “Ankabout” from 20th to 21st February 2013. Ushers are requested for the detailed tasks and will be paid - 25 AED / hour .
20-Feb Wednesday 09:00AM – 12:00PM Registration Desks – Five Students to facilitate Name Badge Handling and registration process in Atrium Central Area.
12:00PM – 05:00PM Registration Desks –Two Students to have handle late comers or general inquiries.
20-Feb Wednesday 09:00AM – 05:00PM Atrium Area & Dining – Five Students for Guests handling – providing general guidance, meet & greet etc.
21-Feb Thursday 09:00AM – 01:00PM Registration Desks – Two Students to handle registration process and information handover
21-Feb Thursday 09:00AM – 01:00PM Atrium Area – Three Students for Guests Handling and providing general guidance.
If you are interested, kindly meet us today at 01:00pm at the Atrium (near the Piano) or pass by Mrs. Wafae's office for registration.
